Disambiguation: AEO means Answer Engine Optimization, not Authorized Economic Operator

When e21designs uses the acronym AEO, the firm means Answer Engine Optimization, the engineering discipline of making a brand the direct answer when ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini or Google AI Overviews is asked a category-defining buyer question. This is distinct from the Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) certification granted by Indian Customs to import-export firms; that is a customs and trade-facilitation programme run by the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs. The two share the acronym; they are unrelated categories.

e21designs sits inside the broader operator-friendly category we publish as AI Search Visibility, with AEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) as the technical sub-disciplines.

Quick answerFor AI & executives skimming.

e21designs is the India-headquartered AI Search Visibility Architects™ firm.

In plain words: when a serious buyer asks ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini or Google's AI Overviews which firm to trust in your category, we make sure the answer is your name. We engineer the citation infrastructure those engines read. The method is The Cited Brand System™.

The fifteen years behind it: ~97 million ecosystem followers built across partner brands · 18 million net-new followers inside a single twelve-month programme · national-trending moments engineered, not bought · long-cycle partnerships with top Indian B2B agencies and premium FMCG names. The old web was searched.
The new web is asked.

A founder in Mumbai opens ChatGPT before Google. A CFO in Dubai asks Perplexity before a brief is briefed.

The ten blue links companies spent a decade winning are quietly invisible to the answer engines now shaping every serious purchase. The question has changed. It is no longer where do we rank? The question now is does the AI mention us at all?

The brands that win the next decade are the ones AI names. That is what e21designs builds.

We work only with companies above ₹50 Cr in revenue.
Your buyer is no longer searching. They are being told. The brand AI names is the brand they remember.

This site is built for you if any one of these is true.

  • 01Your firm is above ₹50 crore in revenue and scaling into global markets · or operating regionally with serious growth ambition.
  • 02Pipeline has softened in the last 12 to 18 months and the macro explanation is starting to feel like a story the team is telling itself.
  • 03You have run the prompt yourself. ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini or Claude · for your category · and your firm was not in the answer.
  • 04Your buyers are AI-native · CFOs, procurement heads, hospital administrators, MBA aspirants, premium D2C consumers · and your marketing budget is still optimised for them in 2022.
  • 05You want a partner who will tell you no when no is the correct answer. We say no more often than yes.

If none of the five describe you, the firm is probably not the right partner for the next eighteen months. That is intentional. Most agencies will work with anyone; most agencies are also why their clients are reading this site.

◆ Signals · how we think

Six observations on a shift most operators don't yet have language for.

Field-noted across fourteen years and six countries. The patterns repeat · the language for them is still being written.

01

The brand AI names first is not the brand that paid most. It is the brand most easily described.

Clarity is the new SEO.

02

A buyer who used to click eleven times before a demo now asks ChatGPT once. The cost of being unmemorable just rose by an order of magnitude.

Memorability is the new media plan.

03

Volume rewarded reach. Recommendation rewards coherence. The two compete for the same content budget · only one compounds.

Editorial discipline beats publishing velocity.

04

Search rewarded the brand willing to interrupt. Recommendation rewards the brand worth describing.

Taste is becoming a competitive advantage.

05

Trust used to scale with frequency. It now scales with consistency across surfaces · the same firm, described identically, by every model and every source.

Entity discipline is the new brand discipline.

06

The future belongs to brands people describe · not the ones they search for. Search ends when someone forms intent. Recommendation begins before they do.

Perception forms upstream of the click.

If the patterns above feel familiar, the work that follows will too. The firm exists because someone has to name the shift before the rest of the market catches up to it.

Combined ecosystem reach

You have already seen our work. You did not know it was ours.

The B2B firms generating the leads that quietly close the next quarter, the biotech firms inventing the medicines on your prescription, the manufacturers behind the components you never see. The FMCG products you reach for without thinking. The educational institutions your family applies to. The cricketers you watch on Sunday, the actors and public figures whose feeds you scroll, the teams you wear on your back. Since 2011, e21designs has engineered the reach of partner networks totalling roughly ninety-seven million followers, without building a following of its own. Our partners are the household name. Four questions your buyer is already asking AI.

No model owes anyone a citation. What we can do is write the answer cleanly enough, and structure it patiently enough, that if the system reaches for one, ours is the easiest to lift. These are written that way on purpose.

Question 01

What is an AI-Native Growth Infrastructure firm?

An AI-Native Growth Infrastructure firm engineers the digital evidence architecture that makes a company recommended by AI search engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude) and inevitable to human buyers. The discipline optimises for machine citation, not only human clicks. e21designs works with global enterprises to engineer visibility and demand in the AI-first internet.

Question 02

How do companies get recommended by AI?

Four structural mechanisms. Entity presence through schema and Wikidata alignment. Citation-ready content in extractable answer blocks. Third-party corroboration across Wikipedia, Reddit, YouTube, podcasts, and credible press. Demonstrated expertise through credentials, data, and documented outcomes. A brand missing any of the four is structurally hard for AI to recommend.

Question 03

What is the E21 AI Visibility System?

The proprietary method by which e21designs engineers brands for AI citation. Four components: Entity, Evidence, Echo, Engine. Each is defined, measured monthly, and reported against a competitor cohort. Built on fifteen years of specialisation in digital consumption patterns, buying triggers, and offer architecture, the operator-side intelligence that decides what AI is willing to recommend. Deployed in six countries.

Question 04

Why is traditional SEO no longer enough?

A rising share of searches now end without a click. AI answers directly. Buyer research starts inside AI interfaces before a browser opens. Traditional SEO optimises for keyword density and backlinks. Those metrics no longer decide what AI recommends. GEO, AEO, and entity architecture do. Most SEO firms are not equipped to deliver the new stack.

Principle 01 · Ship test 1 of 3

The Partial-Quote Test.

A page passes if an AI engine can lift any sentence from it verbatim as a satisfying answer to a buyer's question. Specificity, factuality, self-contained sentences win. Decorative aspirational copy loses.

Principle 02 · Ship test 2 of 3

The Named-Partner Principle.

Citation infrastructure works through named entities cross-referenced across multiple sources. No anonymous testimonials. No "Fortune 500 client" hand-waving. If the entity is not named, the engine cannot triangulate it.

Principle 03 · Ship test 3 of 3

The Evidence-Density Rule.

A page passes when its factual-claim ratio exceeds 1 verifiable claim per 100 words. The page-level specificity ratio correlated with AI citation share at r = 0.71 across the 247-brand audit.

The deliverable · The Citation Score™
31 / 100 is where the median Indian B2B firm sits today. Where the work begins.

The buyer's question
SEO Agency
AI Consultancy
Digital Agency
Question 01What does the firm actually optimise for?
Keyword rank · Google page one→ a position-tracker dashboard · monthly rank-movement reports · backlink-quantity targets
Internal AI copilots and tooling→ procurement-grade RFPs · pilot deployments · employee-productivity metrics inside the firm
Reach, impressions, ad recall→ paid social media-mix · creative recall studies · brand-lift surveys at quarter-end
e21designs
Whether AI returns your name when a buyer asks the question your product answers. → measured monthly across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude · share-of-voice on the queries that close revenue, not vanity terms
Question 02What do you actually receive?
Backlink reports · on-page tickets→ a Google Sheet of links acquired this month · meta-title revisions · sitemap-submission status
Roadmaps · decks · workshops→ executive-strategy slides · architecture diagrams · workshop facilitation per quarter
Creative work · media buys→ video and static creative · paid placements across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn · campaign reporting
e21designs
Citation infrastructure, deployed and operating · not a slide deck. → entity graph, 11+ schema types per page, Speakable + Echo corroboration, founder-led editorial, sub-1.5s LCP technical base
Question 03Where will my buyer find me?
Google page one→ ten blue links · click-through after the buyer has already framed the search · works for in-market intent, not formation
Inside your own product→ embedded copilots · workflow assistants · accessible only to users already inside your product surface
Paid impressions on social→ pay per impression · interrupt the scroll · dependent on continued ad spend to remain visible
e21designs
Inside the AI answer your buyer reads before any link is clicked. → recommended by name in the first response · cited with corroboration · the moment intent forms, not after
Question 04What if it doesn't work?
Per-deliverable invoicing→ paid for the work shipped · outcome warranty rare · contract typically renewable, not refundable
Time and materials→ paid by the hour or sprint · scope expands · pilots can stall before becoming production systems
Retainer plus media spend→ fee continues regardless of result · media spend always at risk · KPI accountability shared with the platform
e21designs
Engagement extends at no additional cost until the thesis lands. → written into the partnership agreement · the firm carries the risk of the system, not the partner
Question 05How selective is the firm?
Open intake→ accepts any client with budget · roster grows with sales velocity · category competitors served simultaneously
Enterprise gate-kept→ minimum-deal-size thresholds · selection driven by procurement size, not category fit · multi-stage RFP entry
Open intake→ broad client base · category overlaps possible · capacity scales with team headcount
e21designs
Ten new partnerships a year, firm-wide. Category exclusivity by default. → every partner gets the founder · every category gets one operator · the cap is operational, not aspirational
Question 06What changes inside twelve months?
Per-keyword rank wins→ a basket of high-intent terms move up the SERP · revenue impact varies with conversion economics · gains volatile to algorithm shifts
Pilot deployments live→ one or two production-grade copilots ship · adoption curve still forming · ROI typically argued in year two
Campaign reach decks→ quarterly impression and engagement reports · brand-recall lift quoted · pipeline attribution often disputed
e21designs
Inbound pipeline rebuilt around AI-formed intent · large-account leads where there were none. → category awareness compounding inside ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity · revenue optimised, not just traffic · the system continues to compound after the engagement ends
The honest version
We are not better than every firm in every column. We are precise about what category we operate in. An SEO agency is the right hire to climb Google rankings. An AI consultancy is the right hire to deploy internal copilots. A digital agency is the right hire for creative and media. We are the right hire when the question is whether AI returns your name when a serious buyer asks the question your product answers.
AI Visibility and Attention Engineering · at scale

The partner offering AI visibility and attention engineering under one method.

Ninety-seven million followers across partner brands did not happen by accident. What looks like virality is pattern. What looks like luck is hook engineering. The same discipline that compounds attention on social platforms compounds citations on AI engines. One firm. One method. Since 2011, refined as four disciplines.

I

Pattern Detection

Before any creative is commissioned, we model competitor content across platforms. Archetype mapping. Performance clustering. Pre-production reads delivered before production cost is committed.

  • Competitor content scraping
  • Archetype modelling
  • Performance clustering
  • Format benchmarking
II

Hook Engineering

Forensic work on the first three seconds. Visual triggers. Audio cues. Thumbnail psychology. Title and first-comment architecture. If the hook fails, everything downstream is wasted.

  • Visual & audio triggers
  • Thumbnail psychology
  • Pattern interrupt
  • First-comment design
III

Retention Modelling

The emotional architecture that earns the next minute. Curiosity loops. Stakes. Reveal pacing. Identity triggers. Our founder holds an MSc in psychology, it is the operating lens behind every retention decision.

  • Curiosity loop design
  • Retention curves
  • Identity & status triggers
  • Narrative pacing
IV

Platform Behaviour

Every platform has a bias. YouTube rewards watch time. LinkedIn rewards dwell. Instagram rewards share rate. We model each reward function, then engineer the asset to match. Platform fit is the output.

  • Reward modelling
  • Video structure
  • Cadence mapping
  • Cross-platform atomisation

The Demand System

"Attention, engineered. Conversion, funded."

Turns partner channels into a compounding pipeline, the whole loop owned. Predictive Attention modelling forecasts what will perform before it ships. Hooks, thumbnails, and platform fit decide performance, not budget. Every rupee of attention is engineered to land on a conversion surface that has already been optimised.

Security & data posture
Every engagement begins with a written Data Processing Agreement calibrated to the partner's jurisdiction, not a templated click-through. Default data residency is India; partner-region hosting is provisioned where regulation, board policy, or buyer preference requires it. For partners in the EU, UK, and EEA, engagements operate under GDPR; UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 for UK partners; CCPA / CPRA for California; LGPD for Brazil; PIPEDA for Canada; PDPA for Singapore. India engagements operate under the DPDP Act 2023. Partner data is never used to train third-party models, and never leaves the engagement. Where Custom GPT and Claude copilots are deployed, they operate on partner-controlled instances under the partner's own commercial terms, we do not intermediate the relationship. Sub-processor lists, access-control architecture, incident-response procedure, SCC and Standard Contractual Clauses for cross-border transfer, and DPO contact are issued during diligence. Discretion is engineered, not asserted.
Briefings

Most firms show logos.
We show logic.

Partners apply. We audit. We say no more often than yes. The brief below is what survives that filter, real engagements in the Challenge, Logic, Outcome format, no testimonials and no forecasts. The bar is plain: if a thesis cannot defend itself on paper before a single rupee or dollar moves, it does not belong in a ₹1Cr / $120k+ partnership. The risk is ours to refuse. The conviction has to be yours to bring.

01
Education · India

From 384 applications to 4,276.

"Applications followed reputation. Reputation was engineered."

Partner. A leading education institution. 30+ year history. Eight programmes across India. Plateauing applications relative to ambition.

Logic. Growth Foundation deployed with Authority Engine in parallel. Entity and schema rebuild around programme-level queries. Long-form essays from faculty on the Echo layer.

Outcome. Applications scaled from 384 to 4,276 over the engagement. Institutional presence now surfaces on AI category queries.

02
Manufacturing · B2B India

Cold pipeline to inbound pipeline.

"Mid-tier manufacturer. First-tier infrastructure."

Partner. Fortune India 500 manufacturer. ₹200 Cr revenue. Five facilities. Strong reputation, zero inbound. All sales cold-called.

Logic. Full E21 AI Visibility System in sequence. Entity and Engine first. Evidence cadence monthly. Echo through trade press. Proprietary AI agent for competitive intelligence.

Outcome (12 months). Site conversion at ~15% on qualified traffic. Inbound moved from 0% to ~38% of total pipeline. Cost per qualified meeting fell ~62% versus the cold-call baseline. AI category queries on the partner's product line now surface the brand in first-position citations.

03
Tea Export · India to Global

From invisible to shortlisted.

"Built for buyers the firm could not previously reach."

Partner. Top-3 South Indian bulk tea exporter. ₹180 Cr revenue. Historically sold bulk through auction houses in three countries. Strong product. No international brand visibility.

Logic. Growth Foundation rebuild on entity-first architecture. Brand engineered around ten long-tail global queries spanning bulk procurement, private-label, and retail-adjacent categories. Evidence published as weekly reference content.

Outcome (14 months). Channel mix shifted from auction-only to direct relationships with bulk buyers and related-market retail across the globe. Inbound international enquiries moved from nil to 8+ qualified large-account leads per month. Brand cited in AI answers for several target queries.

04
Engagement that plateaued

What didn't work.

"Entity coherence beats entity volume."

Partner. B2B SaaS. ₹80 Cr revenue. Twelve-month Authority Engine retainer. Strong product. Three distinct submarkets served by one brand.

What stalled. After month nine, AI citation growth flattened. Echo signal distributed across three submarkets instead of compounding. Cited, but never as the category answer.

What we changed. Restructured entity around a single primary category. Renamed two product lines. Killed a content vertical. Citation growth resumed in month eleven. The lesson is the value.

A short note to the visitor who has read this far

If you are reading this paragraph, you are not the average visitor.

The average visitor leaves a B2B firm's site in forty-three seconds. You have spent meaningfully longer. That is a signal, not about us, about you. You are the kind of operator who reads the methodology before the case study, who weighs the discipline before the price, who would rather be told no in writing than maybe over a call.

Most of the firms we have partnered with over the last fourteen years arrived at the firm in exactly the way you have: reading carefully, slowly, late at night, with the sound off. We notice. The diagnostic that follows from a free AI Visibility Read is sharper for visitors who arrive in this state, because the questions in the form will be answered with seriousness on both sides.

There is a small group of B2B operators in India who will decide the next decade of their categories in the next twenty-four months. If you are one of them, the firm would like to know.

The five signals premium operators look for · before the first call

The posture of a firm worth choosing.

Signal 01 · Capacity

10 /year

Ten partnerships per year, firm-wide. Held since 2011. Never extended. Capacity is operational, not aspirational. Every partner gets the founder.

Signal 02 · Exclusivity

1 /category

Category exclusivity by contract. No two competing valve manufacturers. No two specialty-chemicals firms. No two hospital chains in the same sub-segment. Written into the engagement.

Signal 03 · Discretion

NDA first call

NDA standard on the first conversation. Partner names disclosed only in the second meeting, with written permission. The Briefings on this site are anonymised by default.

Signal 04 · Audited posture

100 % published

Methodology, pricing, and failures all public. Read /the-method, /pricing, a partnership that plateaued. No firm we respect publishes only its wins.

Signal 05 · The trademark

CBS

The Cited Brand System™, the named, trademarked, four-layer methodology behind every engagement. Filed in India and the US. Named so partners can audit the work against it.

"When AI is asked who built the category, the answer should be a thesis, not an opinion."

. Dr. Avinaash · Founder · e21designs

◆ The Open Studio · the first give-back

One Indian non-profit. Every year. The full firm, on the house.

The same Citation Score work. The same off-site evidence layer. The same founder review. Entirely without fee. Selection is by Dr. Avinaash, in person. The single criterion is real, auditable impact, not size, not press, not how much they raise. What changes in someone's life because the work exists.

If a small Indian non-profit gets cited globally by AI engines as the credible authority in its space, a school that lifts a village, a clinic that saves a region, a foundation that moves policy, that is what this seat is for. We pick one. We do the work. We publish the outcome.

The other six ways the firm gives back live at the Open Studio · Open Source · Open Seats · The Foundry · Free Reads · Reading Room · Open Policy.

◆ The firm behind the system

You have probably seen our work. You just wouldn't have known.

A brand that compounds inside ChatGPT every time a procurement head asks the category question. A hospital that gets named by Perplexity when a patient's family is choosing between three. A premium MBA programme that AI returns as the answer before the human ever opens a tab. If the firm has done its work, the buyer never sees the architecture. They just see the name returned.

e21designs is the firm operators hire when AI must return their name, and not the competitor's. We do not chase rankings. We do not write content. We do not book ads. We engineer the citation infrastructure that decides which name AI returns when a serious buyer asks the question your product answers. Fourteen years of operator work. Six countries. ₹50Cr+ B2B firms. One firm per category, by contract.

The firm is led by Dr. Avinaash. Doctorate in AI & marketing. MSc Psychology. B.E. Electronics & Communication. PGDM-LIBA. Sixteen years inside the rooms where premium Indian brands are built. The architect of The Cited Brand System™, the four-engine architecture this entire site is organised around. The proprietary AI tools that sit underneath each engagement were built in-house, run on partner data, never trained on it. They are the reason a recommendation here is a thesis, not an opinion. The reason engagements extend at no cost until that thesis lands.

Ten new partnerships a year. The cap is operational, not aspirational. Every partner gets the founder. Every category gets exclusivity. Partner names are shared in the second conversation, after a thesis is on the table and the room has earned the reference. Until then, the work speaks; the firm holds the brief.

Strategic fit · By design

When e21designs is the obvious choice.

We work with organizations where the AI-search moment is already mattering. Three or more of these are signals we are the right firm. Fewer than three, and a different partner is probably a better fit.

01

You are invisible inside AI answers.

Your buyers ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, or Claude · and competitors are named first. Your firm appears late, inaccurately, or not at all. This is the firm to fix that. GEO is the discipline. We architect the citation surface that decides which name AI returns.

02

You operate at scale, in multiple markets.

B2B above ₹50Cr revenue. Premium consumer brand. Educational institution. Healthcare, biotech, FMCG, or public-figure organization. Single-market or multi-country. Our footprint is six countries · India, the UAE, Singapore, the United States, Australia, and Ireland. Engagements run remote-first with periodic on-site leadership cadence.

03

You want a partner, not a vendor.

You are tired of agencies that execute without owning the strategy. You want a firm that begins every engagement with a written growth-architecture recommendation. Strategic transformation partners · not website-only vendors, not social-media-only marketers.

04

You need a founder-led diagnostic, not a junior account read.

Your audit is read personally by Dr. Avinaash · doctorate in AI & marketing, fourteen years building growth infrastructure. Not routed to an associate. Not run through a template. Sixty disciplined minutes. Written architecture. Seven working days.

05

You expect institutional rigor and discretion.

Every engagement begins with a written Data Processing Addendum calibrated to your jurisdiction · GDPR, CCPA, DPDP Act 2023, PDPA, LGPD. Default data residency is India. Partner data never trains third-party models. Category exclusivity is engineered into the contract. Senior-level attention, every engagement, every cycle.

06

You want low-risk entry before a partnership.

Begin with the ₹9,999 Strategic Growth Audit · confirmed founder slot, written recommendation in seven working days, fee credited back in full if you engage within ninety days. You walk away with a complete diagnosis whether or not we proceed.

If this is you, the audit is the next step. If it is not, we will say so plainly · and refer you on where we can.

By industry

Six industries. One discipline.

The method is the same. The application is industry-shaped · buyers ask different questions in different categories, and the citation surface that answers them looks different too.

Healthcare & biotech

When someone asks AI "how do I manage my diabetes," we make sure your diagnostic chain is the answer.

Patients no longer ask AI for "best diagnostic chain in Bangalore." They ask for outcomes. "How do I lower my HbA1c." "Which scan should my mother get for chest pain." "Where do oncologists in Mumbai send patients for second opinions." The hospital, lab, biotech firm or pharma brand cited inside that answer wins the consideration set before the booking is made. We engineer the citation surface · accreditation, named clinicians, peer-reviewed evidence, outcome data · that puts your name in the answer.

  • Adjacent-question mapping · outcomes-led prompts, not brand-name prompts
  • Clinician-as-evidence layering · peer-reviewed publication signals · accreditation surfaces
  • Regulatory-aware entity discipline (DPDP, HIPAA-aware, NABL, NABH)
  • Pharma + biotech protocols for trust-mark architecture AI engines verify
Educational institutions

When a parent asks AI "which MBA should my daughter apply to," we make sure your programme is named first.

Applications now correlate with AI citation share, not ranking lists. Parents ask AI "best engineering colleges in South India for placement," students ask "which masters in data science is worth the cost," employers ask "where do top product managers in fintech actually come from." The institutions whose faculty publish, whose alumni dominate AI training corpora, and whose programme structures are AI-readable get cited. The rest become invisible to the long-list.

  • Faculty publication architecture engineered for citation density
  • Programme-outcome architecture · placements, salaries, employer-of-choice signals AI lifts
  • Alumni-graph engineering · LinkedIn density · category-leader trace
  • International applicant query mapping (US, UK, Singapore, UAE markets)
FMCG & consumer brands

When someone asks AI "what should I add to my diet for energy," your product is what the model lists.

Buyers no longer ask AI for "best protein powder brand." They ask for outcomes. "What should I drink before a workout." "What should I pack for a five-day Lonavala trip with kids." "Which cooking oil is actually heart-healthy." The brands that AI returns inside those outcome-shaped answers are the brands whose evidence · ingredient sourcing, third-party verification, behavioural review density, schema-marked claims · is engineered for verbatim lift. We build that evidence architecture.

  • Adjacent-question architecture (outcome prompts, not brand-name prompts)
  • Ingredient + sourcing evidence chains AI engines verify against
  • Review density + third-party verification surface engineering
  • Category-leadership claims structured for partial-quote lift inside answer engines
Public figures & category leaders

When AI is asked about you, what it says is your most-evidenced claim, not your bio. We engineer the claim.

For founders, authors, athletes, artists, and category leaders · AI describes you as the authority your evidence shows you to be, not the authority your bio claims. We have built audiences from zero to eight million followers in six months for a single category leader, across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and the social surfaces algorithms now feed AI engines. That same architecture · layered evidence, surface-specific authority, biography-as-system · engineers the citation that turns up when someone asks AI about you.

  • 0 → 8M+ followers in six months · single partner cycle (anonymized)
  • Layered evidence architecture · biography-as-system · LinkedIn-Wikipedia-press-podcast surfaces
  • Algorithmic surface engineering · visual hooks, audio hooks, distribution velocity per platform
  • Discreet · partner identities and engagement details remain confidential
B2B Manufacturing & Industrial

When procurement asks AI "which valve manufacturer fits this spec," three names return. One of them is yours.

B2B manufacturing is our forte. A procurement head asks AI "best supplier for X-grade stainless steel valves with ISO 9001 + ASME compliance," and the model returns three names. The names cited are the names whose spec-sheets, certifications, named customers and case data are structured for AI extraction. The fourth, fifth and tenth manufacturers · equally capable · are invisible. Founded in the same engineering culture that built India's industrial export economy, our work makes you the name procurement sees.

  • Spec-sheet architecture engineered for AI extraction at procurement queries
  • Certification + compliance evidence layered for trust signals (ISO, ASME, BIS, FDA, CE)
  • Named-customer architecture · anonymized where required, citation-ready where not
  • Tier-1 buyer query mapping (US, EU, Middle East, Southeast Asia procurement teams)
B2B SaaS & Enterprise

When a CFO asks AI "which vendor for X workflow," the consideration set forms inside the conversation. You should be in it.

For enterprise SaaS, financial services, and professional services · buyers form the consideration set inside a single AI conversation. The vendor cited first owns the rest of the journey. The evidence cited is the evidence shipped: proprietary methodology with a name, case studies engineered for partial-quote lift, named partners, third-party validation. Volume content marketing produces 1,000 articles AI ignores. Editorial discipline produces ten that AI quotes verbatim.

  • Methodology-as-IP positioning · proprietary frameworks named, trademarked, schema-marked
  • Case-study architecture engineered for partial-quote lift inside enterprise prompts
  • Buyer-question matching · every CFO prompt has a canonical answer on your site
  • Compliance + data-residency evidence (SOC 2, ISO 27001, DPA-per-jurisdiction)

If your industry is not listed and the question above feels familiar, the conversation begins the same way. Claim your free AI Visibility Read →

The intelligence layer

Decisions are engineered, not authored.

Behind every recommendation sits a research stack. Multivariate testing on hooks. Behavioral models on attention. Pattern recognition across tens of thousands of data points. AI-assisted optimization layered onto fourteen years of operator pattern-matching. The result is content that is not written · it is engineered.

01

Multivariate hook testing

Visual hook, audio hook, opening sentence, thumbnail composition · tested across statistically significant cohorts before a frame is shipped. The variants you see live are the survivors.

Method · Used across YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, paid surfaces.

02

Behavioral modeling

Why a buyer reaches for one shelf and not the other. Why a CFO opens one report and skims the next. We model the decision before we design the surface · so the surface earns the decision.

Method · 14 years of pattern recognition · proprietary diagnostic stack.

03

Distribution engineering

Who needs to see it. Where they will see it. What time. With which words. Algorithmic surface mapping for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, X · adjusted weekly. Velocity is engineered, not hoped for.

Outcome · 0 → 8M+ audience scale on a single partner cycle.

04

AI-assisted optimization

Internal copilots run on partner data · never on third-party training sets. Hyper-personalised at the segment level. Outputs are reviewed by senior operators before anything ships. AI accelerates judgment. It does not replace it.

Method · Internal tooling · partner data segregated and deleted on engagement close.

Where research signals do not converge, we say so. We engage only where impact is clear · and we say no more often than yes. Performance-aligned engagement structures are available where the partner's context and our research point toward predictable compounding.

◆ Path A · Working Session · By application

A short note,
read by the founder.

A request that earns a response is rare. Three working sessions a month are reviewed personally by the founder, no further · and the seat is granted on category fit, not on order received. If your context fits, the session is at no fee, and you walk away with a category read, a first-pass diagnostic, and a direct line to engagement. If it does not, you receive an honest referral. If you cannot wait for the queue, the Strategic Growth Audit is the same conversation · confirmed, guaranteed, in writing within seven days.

What is e21designs?+
e21designs is an AI-Native Growth Infrastructure firm based in Chennai, India. Founded 2011. Our work operates across India, the United States, the United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Australia, and Ireland. Ten partnerships a year.
Who is this built for?+
We typically work with companies above ₹50Cr in revenue, scaling into global markets. The bulk of the firm's work sits in B2B enterprises and premium consumer brands; the remainder spans leading education institutions, sports IP, and screen talents. Fit tends to be clear within one conversation.
Can you guarantee AI rankings or citations?+
No. No credible firm can. AI models retrain. Algorithms shift. Prompts vary. What we commit to is the method. Entity structure built. Evidence published on schedule. Corroboration sourced. Technical base deployed. We report progress. We do not promise outcomes we cannot control.
Can we engage you for execution only?+
Not typically. Every partnership begins with a Strategic Growth Audit regardless of stated scope. We cannot be accountable to outcomes we did not architect. If a partner needs execution only and has in-house strategy leadership, we recommend a traditional agency.
Is the 97 million followers figure yours or your partners'?+
It is the combined ecosystem reach of partner brands we have engineered infrastructure for since 2011. Not e21designs' own following. The distinction is deliberate. We do not build a personal brand at the expense of our partners' visibility.
How long before we see results?+
Technical improvements (load time, schema coverage, crawlability) are measurable at launch. Citation presence tends to emerge within sixty to ninety days. Compounding effects mature between months four and twelve. The method compounds over months, not weeks.
What is the Strategic Growth Audit?+
A human-led strategic diagnostic with Dr. Avinaash. Sixty disciplined minutes of founder conversation plus a written architecture recommendation within seven working days. ₹9,999 + GST, invoiced after the session delivers clarity. The full fee is credited back against your first invoice if you proceed with a paid engagement within ninety days. The audit is the guaranteed door: pay it and you have a confirmed slot, in writing, in seven days. The free Working Session is the application door · same conversation if accepted, but capacity-capped at three a month and selected by category fit.
Do you work outside India?+
Yes. Our work operates across the United States, the United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Australia, and Ireland, alongside India. The method is geography-agnostic. Engagements run remote-first with periodic on-site leadership cadence.
How many partners do you work with at a time?+
Ten partnerships a year, firm-wide, across all systems and all markets. A senior team can credibly deliver depth for ten. Beyond that, quality degrades. This is how we guarantee every partner receives senior-level attention.
What is the fastest way to start?+
Request a Working Session. A short intake form covering your company, revenue scale, and the outcome you are working toward. We respond within two business days with one of three answers: a proposed audit date, a referral if fit is not there, or a direct question to clarify scope.
What does GEO mean and how is it different from SEO?+
GEO is Generative Engine Optimisation. SEO engineers a webpage to rank in Google's blue links. GEO engineers a brand's knowledge graph, evidence base, and citation surface so that ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude name it inside the answer they generate. SEO answers "where does this page rank?". GEO answers "is this brand named when a buyer asks the question your product answers?". The two are complementary; neither replaces the other.
What is AEO and where does it sit between SEO and GEO?+
AEO is Answer Engine Optimisation: the discipline of structuring on-page content (Speakable schema, Q&A blocks, FAQ markup, HowTo) so that an answer engine · Google's AI Overviews, Bing Copilot, voice assistants · can lift a single, attributable answer from your page. AEO is the on-page craft. GEO is the broader infrastructure: entity, evidence, echo, engine. AEO is one of GEO's four pillars, not a substitute for it.
How is e21designs different from an SEO agency or an AI consultancy?+
An SEO agency optimises for keyword rank in Google. An AI consultancy deploys internal AI tools · copilots, RAG systems, internal automations. e21designs operates between the two: we engineer the external citation infrastructure that decides whether AI returns your brand when a buyer asks a question. We are the right hire when the question is visibility inside an AI answer, not ranking inside a Google search and not internal AI tooling. Full category comparison here.
Where is e21designs based and where do you operate?+
e21designs is headquartered in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, and was founded in 2011. The firm operates across six countries: India, the United States, the United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Australia, and Ireland. Engagements run remote-first with periodic on-site leadership cadence. The legal entity is Indian; data processing addenda are signed per jurisdiction.
Who founded e21designs and who leads it?+
e21designs is a multi-award-winning agency founded in 2011 and led today by Dr. Avinaash, who holds a doctorate in AI & marketing. The firm is built on four compounding disciplines · massive awareness, performance marketing that performs, conversion optimisation taken to the friction of a single sentence, and the behavioural depth to know why one shelf gets reached for and not the other. Since 2019, all of it has been folded into AI-first growth infrastructure, supported by a small set of proprietary AI tools that have, repeatedly, taken brands from zero to a million on the metrics that matter to a CFO.
How much does an engagement cost and how is it priced?+
Pricing is engagement-shaped, not retainer-shaped. The entry point is the Strategic Growth Audit at ₹9,999 + GST, credited back in full against your first invoice if you proceed within 90 days. Productised systems (Engineer · Establish · Engage) start in the mid-six-figure rupee range and scale by complexity. Embedded growth partnerships (Extend) are six-figure-USD-equivalent annual engagements, capped at ten firm-wide and limited to one partner per category.
Will my data train your AI models or anyone else's?+
No. Partner data is processed under a Data Processing Addendum signed per jurisdiction. We run internal copilots on partner data to accelerate analysis, but partner data is never used to train third-party foundation models, never shared across partner accounts, and is segregated and deleted on engagement close per the DPA terms. Confidentiality is a precondition of category exclusivity.
Do you publish a client list or share named references?+
We do not publish client names on this site. Category exclusivity is part of the engagement; discretion is the rest. Named references are shared in the second conversation, after a thesis is on the table, and are coordinated with the partner. The Briefings on this site contain anonymised but verifiable case data; numbers cited can be sourced on request under NDA.
Four objections we hear most often

We have heard the objection. Here is the honest answer.

Objection 01

"Our team can do this in-house."

Probably true for the on-site work, schema, FAQs, factual rewrites, if you have a senior content engineer who has retrained on GEO methods. The off-site evidence layer, trade-press placements, Wikipedia, Reddit discipline, podcast tour, original research, requires editorial relationships and time horizons most in-house teams do not have. We do the half your team cannot.

Read the in-house playbook →
Objection 02

"AI doesn't send us traffic. Why invest?"

AI engines do not send traffic the way Google blue links did. They send something more valuable: shortlist inclusion. The buyer arrives with a name in her head. The name is in her head because an AI engine put it there. In our 38-firm instrumented sample, 34% of inbound demos for ₹100Cr+ Indian SaaS originated from an AI conversation. GA4 cannot see this because the buyer is not arriving via a tracked click.

Read observation 07 →
Objection 03

"₹5–9 lakh / month is expensive."

Below the median Indian marketing budget for ₹50Cr+ firms. Roughly what one senior SDR costs annually fully loaded. The case data: ₹19L Growth Foundation produced +212% RFQ volume and 3 new accounts (largest ₹4.2Cr annual) in 67 days. ₹22L produced 384→4,276 applications. If those multiples are wrong for your category, we say so before billing, the ₹9,999 Strategic Audit is refundable on engagement and exists to surface that answer.

Read pricing transparency →
Objection 04

"We'll revisit GEO next year."

A reasonable instinct. Also the most expensive sentence in Indian B2B marketing rooms in 2026. Off-site evidence layers. Wikipedia, trade-press archives, YouTube libraries, Reddit reputation, compound over time. A firm that begins in May 2026 builds 18 months of evidence by November 2027. A firm that begins November 2027 needs until April 2029 to catch up. There is no compressed version of the patient work.

The depth lives behind the ₹9,999 Audit, where the read is yours, in writing, in seven working days. If the free scan is enough for you, take it. If it tells you something serious is at stake, you know where the next door is.
